Description Craftsmen at Littlebranch Farm in Nashville, TN crafted this cypress coffee table from a rare double-heart sinker log. Two trees grew together, forming one tree, which was harvested by loggers in the late 1800s. The log sank during transit in the river into an Arkansas bayou, before reaching the mill. Where silt and low oxygen preserved the wood for more than a century, until it was salvaged in 2001. The substantial live edge top delivers a solid, usable surface, while simplistic walnut wood slab legs with clean-cut lines give the table a grounded, modern stance. Built for everyday living, it holds up to real use—coffee, books, feet-up evenings—without losing the natural character that makes it one of a kind. Functional. Rustic. Nature-inspired.
