Classic example of Santo Domingo chip inlay work on this fine necklace from the 1940s. The shell has inlaid turquoise, jet, and shell. The strands of hand-made turquoise beads are 14″ long times two. The necklace has 10 tabs with inlaid turquoise and jet on bone.
